Who operates this site

RAUNEM is the name under which Sergey Borovkov operates this site. RAUNEM is not a separate incorporated entity. Sergey Borovkov decides how and why the information described in this notice is used (the data controller). Contact: hello@raunem.com.

Information processed when you visit

This is a static website and it has no contact form. The site stores two essential local preferences in your browser: your language choice and your analytics-consent choice. These preferences are used only to operate the site experience.

The website is hosted on Timeweb Cloud infrastructure and served through the RAUNEM web server. Like ordinary web hosting, the server may process technical request and security information such as your IP address, requested URL, timestamps, browser/network information and server logs. Cloudflare provides authoritative DNS for the domain, but is not used as the website reverse proxy or content-delivery path.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics 4 and Yandex Metrica are disabled until you choose “Allow analytics”. If you consent, the site loads those services to understand traffic and interactions such as pages and scenes viewed, case-study opens, email-contact clicks and language changes.

These analytics providers may use cookies or similar identifiers and may process information such as IP/network data, device and browser information, referrer, page URLs and interaction events under their own terms and privacy practices. RAUNEM does not enable Yandex Session Replay/Webvisor and does not configure advertising pixels on this site.

You can withdraw or change your choice at any time. Doing so affects future analytics loading on this browser.

Information you send by email

Contact is by email only. Messages sent to hello@raunem.com are handled by Sergey Borovkov. What we receive is what you choose to send, which may include your name and email address, the content of your message, any attachments, and other information you supply voluntarily. Please don’t send more than is needed to describe your enquiry.

Email is delivered and stored using Proton Mail. Contact emails and their contents are not currently sent to AI systems for automated processing. If that changes, this notice will be updated.

How information is used

Information you send is used to read and reply to your message; to discuss potential work; to carry out and administer work if we proceed together; to keep the site and email service secure; and to meet applicable legal and accounting obligations. Analytics information, when you consent, is used to understand site reach, navigation and effectiveness.

Service providers

• Timeweb Cloud: website hosting and server infrastructure.
• Cloudflare: authoritative DNS for the domain.
• Google Analytics 4: optional website analytics after consent.
• Yandex Metrica: optional website analytics after consent.
• Proton Mail: email delivery and storage for hello@raunem.com.

These providers process information on their infrastructure as needed to provide their services, under their applicable terms and privacy practices. This may involve processing in countries other than yours.

Retention

An ordinary enquiry that does not become an engagement is kept for up to 24 months after the last substantive contact. If an enquiry becomes a commercial or client relationship, relevant information is kept for as long as that relationship needs it, and for as long as legal and accounting obligations require.

Analytics data is retained according to the settings configured in Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica. Those provider settings may be adjusted as the site is operated. We can delete information we control earlier on reasonable request where there is no continuing need or legal reason to keep it.

Your requests

To ask what information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to raise a question about how it is used, email hello@raunem.com. We will respond to requests as required by applicable law and may ask you to verify your identity first. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
